Ryan Inbox is a private inbox triage tool operated for Ryan Landry and authorized users.

Information We Process

When an account is connected, Ryan Inbox may process email metadata, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message bodies, thread identifiers, draft content, OAuth tokens, classifications, reminders, and digest records needed to provide inbox triage and digest functionality.

How We Use Information

We use connected inbox data only to classify emails, prepare draft replies, generate inbox digests, maintain follow-up reminders, and support related workflow records. The service does not sell personal information or use inbox data for advertising.

Service Providers

Ryan Inbox may send relevant email content and metadata to API providers, including OpenAI, to generate classifications, summaries, recommendations, and draft text. Gmail and Microsoft APIs are used only for the connected accounts and requested workflow actions.

Storage And Retention

Operational data is stored in the application's private production database and volume. OAuth tokens are stored server-side to keep the workflow running. Data may be retained while the service is active unless deletion is requested or access is revoked.

Access And Revocation

Users can revoke Google or Microsoft account access from their account security settings or through the service's connection page. Revoking access prevents future polling for that account.

Contact

Questions or deletion requests can be sent to the application operator.
